Please note that the delivery cost and taxes / duties change depending on the destination: for countries outside EU, the courier may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed so please verify local taxes and duties before placing your order because these charges must be paid by the recipient of the goods.

Delivery time may be delayed if goods are held at customs; also note that it will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges to local authorities to release the goods. The customer is fully responsible for all postal charges, customs charges and return shipment costs if they should refuse to accept a shipment because of import duties/taxes.

Each purchased item is carefully checked and controlled, but if an item received is seen as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can offer alternatives.

If you wish to change the size or the colour of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 14 days of delivery date.
Use our contact form to let us know the replacement size and we will check if this item is still available.

You can exchange an item one time only, but you can always return it by following the instructions below.



Refunds and Exchanges can be issued by Labo.Art, if the product is returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must also include the original box and dust bag, and must be completely unworn.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for returns.
For orders placed outside Europe, shipping costs, customs duties, and sale taxes are non-refundable through Labo.Art.

If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Labo.Art will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Labo.Art. Please note that if the customer refused to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.

Labo.Art reserves the right to refuse any return on items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

Bespoke or custom-made items are not returnable.

Please email us and inform us of your return. Please put the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order with the item(s).
Please close the package carefully and tape it securely and then send us the item(s) using any of your preferred methods.

We recommend sending us the item(s) within 7 days of your Return Request. We need a proof of postage to guarantee that we receive your parcel within 14 days. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during transit. When your return has arrived safely you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued within 5 days.
